John Warren

John F. Warren, 76, of Barnegat NJ, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.

Born in Lakehurst, NJ, he lived in Tuckerton, NJ prior to Barnegat where he resided since 1953. He proudly served his country in the US Army. Prior to his retirement, John worked as a construction Forman for Sambol Construction Company, Toms River, NJ. He was a member of the Holiday Beach Club, Waretown and a member of the Barnegat Fire Company. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, clamming and camping. John was a Christian and followed Jesus.

He is predeceased by his parents, Walter J. Warren and Beatrice May Jones Warren, and his brother Walter J. Warren, Jr.

John is survived by his wife, Virginia L. Warren (nee Moore) his son, John F. Warren Jr., his two daughters, Amy Elaine Carlyle, and Carrie Christine Miller, his nine grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews and grand-dogs.

Graveside services will be held privately.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, March 27, 2021, 3pm at Lord of Lords Church, Waretown, NJ.

A donation in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army Ocean-Barnegat, PO Box 3124, Union, NJ 07083-1924.
