Todd Barbuto

Todd Christopher Barbuto, born November 9, 1973, passed away on September 22, 2018.

Todd was a graduate of Conestoga High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania and received an athletic scholarship for football to the University of Maryland and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at the university. He was a champion Lifeguard competitor and U.S.L.A. member. He was also a certified personal trainer and a business owner. Todd was a member of both the Ship Bottom and Harvey Cedars beach patrols and was a certified Emergency Medical Technician with the Ship Bottom First Aid Squad for many years.

Todd was an avid rower, surfer and enjoyed fishing, crabbing and the beach. He had a passion for helping others and spending time with his son Justin, family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved mother Marie Barbuto, his father Don Barbuto (Mary), his son Justin, his loving sisters; Amy Stauffer (Brady), and Regina Cherney, his brother Dominick Barbuto, his nephews and nieces, Shane, Lily, Anthony and Gabriel, as well as many aunts, uncles, beloved cousins and his life-long friend Tom Burns.

Visiting hours are 11:00am to 12:00pm at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4700 Long Beach Blvd, Brant Beach, NJ on Friday, September 28, 2018. A Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his memory to the Ship Bottom First Aid Squad.
