Rosemarie (DiRaddo) Patrizio, 88, of Manahawkin, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 9, 2018.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 26, 1929.  Rosemarie graduated from South Philadelphia High School for girls, class of 1947.  She married George Patrizio on September 10, 1949 at St. Nicholas Church in Philadelphia, PA. She worked as a Cafeteria Manager for Stafford Township Elementary School and was a volunteer with the Stafford Township First Aid Squad for over 10 years.

Rosemarie was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  She was a family woman, who enjoyed having her family and friends around for every occasion.  Rosemarie was the light of all of our lives, she served as the epicenter of our family and taught us all about loving and caring for one another regardless of any physical distance that may have stood between us.  She enlightened us all with her traditions and educated us on the origination and the importance of them.  Rosemarie enjoyed traveling and camping all around the United States with her beloved late husband George.  Together they built a strong and beautiful family on the principles of love and togetherness.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harry and Celia DiRaddo; and her brothers Carmen, Joseph, and Vincent; her beloved husband, George and her beloved son, Michael.

Rosemarie is survived by four of her children, son Nicholas and wife Linda, TX; daughter Cecilia, NJ; daughter Rosanne, NJ; and daughter Denise and husband Stephen, NJ.  Her 13 grandchildren Rosemarie and husband Jay; Dawn and husband Mario; Bianca; Brianne and husband Michael; Ryan and wife Amber; Meghan; Caitlyn and husband Giovanni; Catherine and husband Curtis; Brooke and husband Charlie; Melissa and soon-to-be husband George; Taylor; Sahara; and Zinnia.  Her 10 Great-Grandchildren Lukas, Chloe, Morgan, Landon, Montgomery, Maxwell, Wynter, Lily, Delaney, and Sophia.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018, from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, April 13, 2018 10:30am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4700 Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach, NJ 08087.  Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Beachview Ave., Manahawkin, NJ.
