Rodney Chadwick

Rodney Keith Chadwick, 74, of Warren Grove and Marshallberg, NC, passed away on April 18, 2017 at his home North Carolina.

Born in Barnegat, NJ, he lived in Barnegat prior to Warren Grove where he resided for the last 52 years. He very much enjoyed his summer home in North Carolina. He was the head of ground maintenance for Southern Regional High School, Manahawkin, before his retirement. He was a volunteer fire fighter serving with the Warren Grove Volunteer Fire Company and a member of the East Coast Boat Racing Club.

Rodney is predeceased by five brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his beloved wife Rita Marie (nee Cacacie), his four sons; James, Arthur (Holly), Dan (Patty) and William (Stephanie) Chadwick, his three sisters; Doris, Lena and Brenda, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will take place on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a time of remembrance, 8:30pm, and Wednesday from 10am to 11am at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Interment will follow at Reevestown Cemetery, Warren Grove.

Flowers will be accepted or a donation may be made in his memory to a charity of choice.
