Robert Joseph Foley Jr.

Robert Joseph Foley, Jr., age 74, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Born January 28, 1950 in Newark, NJ, he lived in Manchester, NJ prior to Little Egg Harbor where he resided since 2016. He spent a majority of his working career as a truck driver for Ashland Chemical Company, Newark, NJ. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam war from 1969 to 1971.  Robert was a member of the American Legion, Tuckerton, NJ. He enjoyed watching boxing, playing pool and darts, and playing the lottery. He will be missed by his family and all that knew him.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Robert J. Foley Sr. and Louise Weiss Foley, and his two sisters; Elaine Cheesman and Diane Lueders.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy M. Nolting Foley, his daughter, Robin Rizzo & her husband Anthony, his son, Robert J. Foley III, his four grandchildren; Emma, Aubree, Kaylee & Preston, and his many loving nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 11:30am until his blessing service, 1:30pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home & Cremation Service, LLC, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ.
