It is with great sadness that the family of Quinten Hofmann announce his passing on October 4, 2024 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Quinten was a graduate of Southern Regional High School. He was a well-liked local general contractor on Long Beach Island and the surrounding area. His favorite pass time was being on his boat fishing with his wife, Christine the love of his life and soulmate. And certainly, anyone who knew Quinten, knows that he enjoyed having an ice-cold Budweiser.
Quinten is predeceased by his parents, Lebert A. and Jo Ann (Zesch) Hofmann. He is survived by his wife Christine L. (Tomaszeski) Hofmann, his children: Brandon Chalecki, Jason Hofmann & his wife Meg, John Hofmann & his wife Monica, Amanda Warner-Horner & her husband Mike, and Rachael Warner & her husband John, his seven grandchildren: Chase, Trent, Lucy, Jayden, James, Garrett and Lyra, his siblings: Danny Hofmann & his wife Margaret, Scott Hofmann & his wife Pam, Rod Hofmann, Jodi George & her husband Chris, and Guy Soeder. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, and friend to many.
A memorial gathering and service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 12pm to 3pm with a memorial service 2:45pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made in his memory to Friends of the Barnegat Lighthouse at www.friendsofbarnegatlighthouse.org
