Philomena Gan

Philomena Gan (nee DeBlasio), age 95, passed away on April 11, 2020.

Born in Hackensack, NJ, she lived in Hackensack prior to Surf City, NJ where she resided for over 20 years. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Tax Assessor for the Village of Ridgewood, Ridgewood, NJ. She happily gave her time as a volunteer at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach, NJ.

Philomena is pre-deceased by her husband, Adam Gan (1997).

Surviving are her three sons; George Gan and his wife Carol, Richard Gan and his wife Janet, and Thomas Gan and his wife Carolyn, as well as her five grandchildren.

Private interment will take place at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.  Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, Manahawkin, NJ, was in charge of the arrangements.
