Linda Bakshas

Linda M. Bakshas (née Stack), 58, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 with her family by her side. Born in Riverside, NJ, she was a resident of Merchantville and Manahawkin. She proudly served her country in the U.S Air Force and was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach. She was a “Friend of Bill”, known as LBI Linda.

She is predeceased by her father Robert Stack.

She is survived by her husband Carl H. Bakshas, her daughter Wendy Bakshas, her mother Lorraine Schlachta Stack, her brother & sister-in-law Robert and Susan Stack, her sister & brother-in-law Terry and Tom Regan, her niece Erin Regan, her mother-in-law Josephine Bakshas, her two brothers-in-law; Charles and Matthew Bakshas, and her sister-in-law Jodi Bakshas.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 7pm to 9pm and Friday, November 18 from 9am to 10:30am at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, 11am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach, NJ. Cremation will be private.
