James Anthony Cassidy, age 33, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021.
Born in Neptune, NJ, he lived in Manahawkin, NJ. James was a wonderful man with a beautiful soul, who loved his family with all his heart. James had a caring and playful demeanor which was evident when he was with his niece Calleigh who he loved dearly. James had a close and special relationship with his sister Lisa who was one of the few that truly understood him. While growing up, he was a talented athlete who played football, lacrosse, basketball and baseball. He had a true love of sports. James had such a big heart and would help anyone that needed it. The jokes he would tell and his quirky sense of humour always made you laugh. He loved all animals, and his dogs Sandy and Chase will miss all of his hugs. There is some solace in knowing that he would be going to a better place where he would watch over his family. The pain of losing a child is unimaginable. Thank You James for being our son, we will miss you dearly, and you will always be in our hearts forever.
James is predeceased by his grandmothers, Patricia Courtney and Eileen Moore, and his grandfathers, Jack Volk and James Cassidy Jr.
