Gregory Jude Hall

Gregory Jude Hall, of the Manahawkin and Barnegat sections of Ocean Acres, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at his home.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, he grew up in Middletown, NJ before settling down and raising his family in Ocean County, NJ. Greg served in the NYPD's 123 precinct as well as a barge captain, working for K-Sea Transportation, Staten Island, NY, prior to his long career as an oil refinery worker at Hess. While raising his family in Manahawkin, he also worked as a car salesman for the Causeway Dealerships, Manahawkin where he remained until his retirement.

Greg was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He was an avid fan of the New York Jets, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.

He is predeceased by his parents, John Thomas Hall and Theresa Marie Hall.

Greg is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Donna Hall, his daughter Ashley Turnure and her husband Ryan, his three sons; John Hall and his wife Brooke Minotti, Matthew Warn and his partner S.J. Hajjar, and Thomas Warn and his partner Arianne Hoover. He leaves behind his two grandchildren; Thomas Warn and Hunter Paterson as well as his brother Brian Hall and his wife Mary, and his two sisters; Maria Hall and Ellen Coccovizzo and her husband Nick. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 4pm to 8pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11am on Wednesday, October 7 at St. Mary Of The Pines Church, 100 Bishop Lane, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Cremation will be private.
