Eugene J. Kelly Jr.

July 1, 1935 – December 10, 2016

Eugene J. Kelly Jr. passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016. He is survived by the love of his life, Sally Kerwick Kelly, his three sons; Eugene J. Kelly III, James P. Kelly, Timothy J. Kelly, his two grandsons; Jack H. Kelly and Ryan J. Kelly and his brother William H. Kelly.

“Gene” was a graduate of Villanova University, Class of 1957, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business. After college, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy as a Pilot, instructing incoming candidates. He then went on to work for the Fischer Body Division of General Motors and eventually retired as a Purchasing Agent.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife, sons, grandsons, daughter-in-law, brother, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017, from 10AM until his Mass of Christian Burial, 11AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4700 Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach, NJ 08008.
