Courtney Blessing

Courtney J Blessing, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2017, after a long and difficult battle with breast cancer.

She was 34 years old.

Courtney was born in Paterson, NJ. She moved to Manahawkin, NJ with her family at the age of six, where she still lived until her death. Courtney was a graduate of Southern

Regional High School. She went on to graduate from Elon University in North Carolina with a BA in Communications. Upon graduation Courtney lived in many cities,

including Louisville, KY and Philadelphia, PA. She finally settled back home in Manahawkin. Courtney worked for TD bank as a Vice President of Field Marketing.

Courtney survived by her husband Shaun and her eighteen-month old son, Lucas. She also leaves behind her parents, James and Janice Mazzerina; her sister and brother-in-law,

Stephanie and Daniel Ivancich; her nephew Ryder Ivancich; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jane and Conor Blessing; her brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Ryan and

Katie Blessing; Christopher and Julie Blessing; her nephews Conor, Aidan, and Brody Blessing; her nieces Maeve and Isla Blessing; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and

cousins.

Viewing hours will be held on Friday, March 24th from 2pm to 9pm and Saturday, March 25th from 10am to 12pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ. A

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 25, 2017, at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Brant Beach, NJ at 1pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to Court and

Shaun’s son, Lucas Blessing. The family will be setting up a trust in his name.
