Anna Levenderis

Anna Vivian Levenderis passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 6, 2022.

Originally born in Manhattan, New York, she settled in Manahawkin, New Jersey where she has resided for the past 29 years. Anna enjoyed going to garage sales and thrift shops, crocheting, completing puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune, and spending time with her family. She would wait on anyone hand and foot if she could and was genuinely a nice and caring soul. Anna always had food ready for visitors and would make sure no one left her house empty handed or with empty tummies. She will truly be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by her husband George Levenderis; three daughters Donna Quintano (Brennan), Mary Anne Benalcazar (Paul), and Christina Ferrara (Theodore); and six grandchildren Joseph Quintano, Ana Benalcazar (Brian Perrella), George Quintano, Christina Ferrara, Louis Ferrara, and Paul Benalcazar.

Visiting hours will be Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 2-4pm to 6-9pm at Maxwell-Tobie Funeral Home, 573 Mill Creek Road, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Friday, June 10 at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin, NJ.
