Andrew Paul McFadden

Born January 24, 1947 in Riverside, NJ, he lived in Riverton, Voorhees and Williamstown, NJ before moving to Manahawkin where he resided since 2005. Prior to his retirement, Paul was a self-employed building contractor. He also served his country in the Navy with two years active duty in Vietnam, plus four years active reserves. He was a member of the Manahawkin Baptist Church, Manahawkin, NJ, where he served nine years on the elder board.

Paul had a passion for the sea. He loved spending time on his boat fishing and scuba diving. Paul was also an accomplished wood carver.

Paul would like to be remembered as a man of integrity, a good family man and a faithful servant of the Lord.

Paul is predeceased by his parents, Andrew P. and Freda (Griffith) McFadden, and his first wife of 19 years, Linda (Barnik).

He is survived by his wife, Joan M. (Wallis) McFadden, his two sisters, Joyce M. Loffredo and her husband Nicholas and Valerie Fries and her husband Thomas, and his many loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting will take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 10:00 am until his funeral service at 11:00 am at Manahawkin Baptist Church, 400 Beach Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ with Pastor Lee Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Beachview Avenue, Manahawkin.
